Boonville, IN

The City Council approved an ordinance that will allow some off road vehicles to travel within the city limits.  Vehicles with straddle seats and handlebar steering are not included in the ordinance.  You must abide by all state and local traffic codes,  and have a valid drivers license.  Travel on State Roads (62, 61, and 261) is prohibited except to cross at 90 degree angles.  Click here to read the entire ordinance.
